I go to the parallels>preferences>mobile Tab to connect to the parallels server. I click on login after inputting PW and email. The screen says "connecting", but never connects. I have a good internet connection because Safari works fiine. This is a work connection, maybe is some type of restriction for that connection. I did check the Mac preferences and the incoming firewall is turned off. so that should not be a problem. Any ideas are appreciated.
