Parallels Mounter does not work

Hi,

I would like to mount a directory of the guest os (windows xp)
into the finder using parallels mounter. According to the help
page I can mount the virtual machine filesystem which can be found
in this directory:

Benutzer/<user>/Dokumente/Parallels/

But this directory is empty. How can I access the guest os filesystem
with finder?
