Parallels networking always on ?

Hi,

I have a problem in sharing files between my 3 Mac at home and I am suspecting that Parallels could be involved in the problem (?)…

I always have the 2 Parallels networking adaptaters connected whatever network preferences have been selected in Parallels :

In my Parallel version 4.0, I did the following selections (sorry I am translating from a French UI…) :
- in "Configuration" and "Adaptateur Network 1" -> I disconnected and desactivated.
- in "Preferences" et dans "Network" :
"Shared Networking" -> I have desactivated the DHCP server
"MHost only Networking" -> I have also desactivated the DHCP server

No way : Parallels networking are always on as seen on the 2 screenshots…

A problem ?

Is it normal or not to have the 2 Parallels networking adaptaters connected whatever network preferences have been selected in Parallels ?
