Parallels on a 32 bit OS

I recently purchased parallels 7 through this bundle: Macsuperbundle
I have a MacBook Pro with 2.16GHz Intel Core Duo, 2Gb RAM running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 32-bit

When I tried to install Parallels, the installer told me I needed a 64 bit OS. This was not made clear on the system requirements link on the website above, which means I've needlessly bought this software.
So, I found Parallels 6, downloaded that and installed it, but now I can neither activate a trial version nor purchase it because the link sends me to Parallels 7 website. I can't find a link on the site to earlier versions - I found the download link for Parallels 6 after a lot of googling and there's no help on that site.

I'm sorry to say that the Macsuperbundle site does say "Intel Core 2 Duo or faster" on the system requirements, needless to say that Intel Core Duo is slower than the Intel Core 2 Duo, although a more technically correct way of phrasing would be "Intel Core 2 Duo or newer".

[Technical note: Intel Core Duo is 32 bit and Intel Core 2 Duo is 64 bit. The Intel Core Duo and Intel Core Solo are the only two 32 bit Intel CPUs Apple has used, in fact, are the first two chips of the PPC to Intel transition and there's an increasing number of software that is not compatible with them, so be careful when buying software]

As for selling licenses for older versions, I don't work for Parallels, so I don't know, but you can try buying an old version license on ebay?

Does the "Macsuperbundle" only come in a 64bit mode? I'm presently running a 32bit version of Win7 on a I5 iMac with Bootcamp, but would prefer to do it with Par7. Would I have an troubles if I added the Macsuperbundle Par7?
 
Macsuperbundle is just a Parallels reseller.
What we are talking about is the minimum system requirements for PD7 (Mac OS 64 bit)
Talking about your Windows virtual machine - it can be 32 or 64 bit - both are supported.
