My host OS is Win XP and I am using Outpost 2008 and trying to access the internet in my guest os which is vista ultimate. I have setup rules according to this post I found here this was vmware specific but has same symptoms.
under preferences in parallels i have set the following on the network tab.
Scope start address: 192.168.3.1
Scope End Address: 192.168.3.254
Scope Mask: 255.255.255.0
my internal networks are 192.168.2.0 and 192.168.1.0
I used the Following settings
I am now turning off outpost and using windows firewall instead when I need to connect within guest.
Help woud be appreciated

Allow it
AND
Where protocol is IP
and protocol type is (ICMP, IGMP, TCP, UDP, )
