Parallels RAS Webportal error

Hi Team,
I have installed and configured the Parallels RAS Web portal as per the Parallels Document, but while accessing the page getting error like below.
"Failed to connect, secure channel is not available. Please contact your administrator"

Parallels RAS server and webportal version is 16.2..

That error message will show up if the user is trying to access the web portal logon page via HTTP while the Web Portal is configured to enforse SSL. In this case the web portal will try to redirect the user to HTTPS, however, it seems that the SSL is not configured correctly on the web portal's server, therefore the user can't access the web portal via HTTPS.

Way forward would be to either configure the HTTPS correctly on IIS - the user would be able to connect to the web portal via HTTPS,
or switch off 'Enforce SSL' from the web portal's admin section so that the user can access the web portal via HTTP.
