Parallels Reading CDs/DVDs

When I'm running Windows parallels on my Macbook, when a CD or DVD is inserted it is only read in Windows until I shut it down, then it appears in Finder.
How do I make it appear in Finder without having to shut down Windows?
(The best scenario would be if the disc was found by Windows and OSX if anyone can let me know how I'd do that...)

when you want to see it in OSX click Devices > CD / DVD-Rom > Disconnect

You could set this as default by editing your VMs configuration and unticking "Connect At Startup" under the CD/DVD option
