Parallels Resource Monitor should stay behind Windows windows in Coherence mode

While the Parallels CONTROL CENTER can stay automatically behind Windows apps in Coherence mode, the Parallels Resource Monitor always stays in front of Windows apps in Coherence mode! This is very annoying! Please make the Parallels Resource Monitor also behave like the Parallels Control Center and go automatically behind Windows apps in Coherence mode. Thank you!
