Parallels Service

when running Windows XP as guest OS, all of a sudden Parallels 4.0 application shut down.. I was then unable to start Parallels, instead getting this error something about pointing to a parallels srv service file. It then ask me to either Send Report or Cancel.... The Send report button didn't do anythig when clicked.

I solved this by restarting my mac ....

Can someone confirm how could this has happened and why Parallels just quit (not a VM issue).

It might be a resource conflict, hardware failure etc. Anyway impossible to determine not knowing the exact error thrown. If it happens again please make a screenshot
