Parallels Startup Items & FUSE

I have found several Items from Parallels in my Startup Items folder. When removing these, Parallels refuses to start.

Does anyone know, what these Startup Items actually do? Their descriptions are not very detailed. Would you know of a way to only load them as soon as I start Parallels? (I don't use Parallels every day, but I restart my computer pretty often... even if this would safe only a few seconds, it would be a huge win for me)

As I understand, Parallels also installs MacFUSE. Is there a way to get Parallels running without MacFuse? (again to safe system resources)
