parallels to take several hours to configure when migration from VWware?

Just installed the Parallels 4.0 12 hours ago. Parallels trying to migrate the Windows XP virtual info from VMware Fusion. However till now still stuck in the last stages of 4 of 4. Instruction given...Please wait while virtual machine is being configured. My question is do we need 12 hours (now still configuring) to migrate the XP from VMware t Parallels?

Anyway can share their experience? Can I just delete and rerun the program? Will the system clash?

Hi CreaclasM,
migration can take a while. If the process became not responsive, you can quit it and start once again, system shouldn't crash. In case you quit migration, please try to create virtual machine based on output file anyway. Please, let us know the results.
