I have renewed the subscription (an paid) but when I try to use the program, the message is always the same: "Subscription expired" (in Portuguese). Can you tell me how to fix this?
Hi @JoaoA3, sorry for the inconveniences. First, let's check if the license renewal was successfully registered to your Parallels Account: 1. Visit https://my.parallels.com/login 2. Login to Parallels Account 3. Under Parallels Toolbox click 'Active Subscriptions' (see attached screenshot). 4. Make sure that the subscription renewal date is the new one. If everything is okay (I hope so), then please re-login to Parallels Toolbox: 1. Sign out from Parallels Toolbox (http://kb.parallels.com/en/124382) 2. Enter your subscription key 3. Login to Parallels Toolbox with your Parallels account. Let me know if everything is okay now.
I've entered into my parallels login account, and all my subscriptions appeared as expired, when at least the toolbox subscription should be in order. Can you fix this?
