Hello, I am on macOS 12.6.2. After my subscription expired and I decided not to renew it, I uninstalled Toolbox by doing the following: in the app's Preferences, uncheck the launch at login opion in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items > removes PT from the list quit PT in Finder > Applications, located PT, Ctrl-click, Move to Bin At every Mac restart or login, the app is still there. I tried to look into Library/Application Support for both User and System side and couldn't find anything to remove more. Why is this happening? What can I do to solve it once and for all? Thank you
Greetings, We've created ticket to proceed with investigation. Kindly check your email inbox. Thank you!
Mac Mini 2020 (M1) I am having the same problem. Just tonight downloaded V18. DId the same things as the OP to uninstal. Can't get rid of the durned thing. I installed a trial of Parallels then installed Toolbox. Then decided I don't want it right now so I removed Parallels first (was that the mistake ? ) then removed Toolbox. Could be "cockpit error" because I am brand new to MAC world. Been a PC person for over 40+ years and just decided to look at "the other side." This is driving me nuts!
