I have moved to a new iMac but Parallels Toolbox will not accept the key. Annual subscription paid 17 December. Message: "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again". I have tried everything I can think of, but nothing is working. I need help, please.

Thank you. A few days ago, I contacted someone via Twitter, and the Key was reset, which solved the problem.
