Parallels Toolbox "Suggestions" Steal Focus

    Working along and typing (trying to get my thoughts out) when suddenly Parallels Toolbox steals the focus and offers a suggestion.
    No application should ever steal focus. Especially not something this unnecessary to requirements. The application is offering "help". Stealing focus and distracting the user is completely the polar opposite of helping.
