Running OS x version 10.5.5 with a Windows Vista VM.
When attempting to upgrade the VM, Parallels launches the Parallels Tools Setup Wizard in Vista and cannot complete the install. A "InstallShield DLL Custom Action" dialog box will always appear at the same point with the following error message "Failed to extract 'Dll_.ini' from the binary table'.
I'm then forced to restart the VM and the entire process starts again.
Any ideas
