parallels tools can´t be installed

hi there,

M1 Pro 14" with Parallels 17 newest version - tried to install Montery VM, works... but Parallels Tools isn´t installed, every installation attempt fails or runs through, but no file exchange works, the resolution is unclean, as if the tool package was not installed...
