Parallels Tools Error

Using P3.0 and updated software today. Opened Parallels and went in to update PTools.

Received the following error message:

RegDBSetKeyValueEx

Error Code:
2147024891

Please help,

Can you tell me your Parallels desktop build, version of OS, all parameters guest OS. what software you updated today?

if you recieeve that error when tried to update parallels tools into VM you can try to reinstall it. Parallels has article:
http://kb.parallels.com/en/4841

Also you can try to boot into safe mode and remove Parallels tools from it.
