Parallels Tools for Windows 2000 gets Failed to update error at 74% on Parallels desktop 10

Whenever i get to 74% i get an error message saying failed to update. Looking at the event viewer it says Failed to install driver prl_fs. I have gotten this error even after a clean install.

Hi, please take a snapshot and then try the following:
1. Click on Start -> Run.. > type 'regedit' without quotes and hit Enter/Return.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
3. In Registry Editor UI click Edit > New > Key
4. Name new key as Notify, so the full path would be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify
5. Close Registry Editor window, restart the virtual machine and install Parallels Tools again.

Please do not forget to take a snapshot before making any changes.

There is already one key named notify.
