Parallels Tools Initialization Everytime I Start VM

I have Windows XP Pro on a Boot Camp Partition. Every time I start the Parallels VM that uses the Boot Camp Partition, I get a message that "Parallels Tools Initialization is in progress". Is there a way to not Initialize the tools every startup, or is this normal when using Parallels with Boot Camp?

This is normal , as every time, Parallels Desktop is installing Parallels Tools, and when you shutdown VM, it removes Parallels Tools, to avoid affecting direct boot in Boot Camp
