Parallels Tools install fails

    Please help. What does this mean? I am unable to install the Tools.

    Parallels Tools 4.0.6630.449744 Installer started.

    Here is what I end up with:

    Is Ubuntu 10.04 not supported yet in tools? Please let me know as this will determine whether or not I keep Parallels for Windows & Linux. Not to sound snarky... But if it won't work 100% then I will wait until later to pick it up. That being said though, I would LOVE to make this work. I am a Parallels fan for OSX and use it on my MacBook Pro. It is the best. So, that is why I grabbed the Windows version on Newegg shell shocker yesterday. Anyway, please help me figure these tools out before I go mad!

    The same problem on ubuntu 10.4. Apparently this version of ubuntu is not yet supported.

    For sure BorisI. The Parallels team got back to me that this version is not YET supported. They had no indication as to when this would be supported though. I hope they hurry before I get to attached to VMware because it has been working just fine with 10.04 for some time now.
