Parallels Tools problem

Hello all, I'm trying to set up Shared Folders in my guest OS (Vista) and when I open Tools, all I see listed are two things:

Clipboard Synchronisation
Time Synchronisation

How do I 'turn on' the other choices I see listed in the documentation? I am running build 1922, and the first thing I did after upgrading upon launching the VM was to run the tools installation, and I've verified that is build 1922 as well.

You, can't, (at least not from the normal parallels install method )
