What applications also are installed in Windows side, including drivers?
Parallels tools randomly closes in XP

No additional drivers installed.
Apps installed:
Adobe Reader 9
Bitdefender Antivirus Plus v10
Macromedia (now Adobe) Fireworks MX
Macromedia (now Adobe) Director MX 2004
The tools quit everytime I close Director MX 2004 for the first time since booting.
Some guy of your support team told me that the problem was reproduceable. But since a third party software was involved it could take a while to solve the problem. Well, this while is lasting for about a year now...

I have a lot of applications installed. I'd copy a list, but since PT closes all the time and I'm in Mac for the web, I can't. So here are some screen shots of my Task Manager (which, oddly, no longer shows up in my system tray) and MSCONFIG file. I can try not loading some stuff if that'd make things easier. Please advise.
