Parallels Tools reinstalls each time I launch

I am running Parallels using a Bootcamp installation of Windows XP Pro. Each time I launch Parallels Desktop, I am warned that Parallels Tools is installing, and not to perform any operation during installation. The warning box goes away about a minute after launch, and everything else seems to operate OK.

Why is Tools reinstalling each time, and how do I get around that?
 
Yes, it is normal, when Boot Camp is used for VM, Parallels Desktop removes itself after every shutdown, allowing you to boot correctly in Boot Camp
