Installed update 6.012094 and surprise the P.O.S. Parallels Tools wont install. Every update since 4.0 has been a hair pulling contest.
I have followed the the instructions from this link and nothing is working...

When I install Parallels Tools the window doesnt freeze, but at the end of the progress bar it never finishes...
I use this computer for business daily and need help...
I tried to "Report A Problem..." but i dont have internet access because I dont have Parallels Tools.
I have submitted this as an issue, but I still dont have a response and since I cant generate a number.
please advise
