Parallels tools

Afetr upgrading from PRL 6 to 7 I turned on my Windows 7 VM and as expected PRL Tools started to install but installation fails.

I executed all and every step in KB aticles like deleting temp contents, uninstall previous versions, reinstall Parallels Desktop and problem persists.

Whats next ?

When you say the installation fails, what actually happens? Any error messages? More detail on exactly what happens may help.
