parallels type interface to remotely access windows pc inside osx?

Do you know of a product or a way to access an actual windows computer through a program like parallels for osx to integrate windows applications into the osx environment? My thought is to have the exact sort of interface we have come to expect with parallels running a virtual copy of windows on the mac but instead of using the macs resources, the computer would be just pulling in the interface from a separate windows pc. If this is confusing, please let me know and i will try to explain better. I would love to know if this type of situation is possible!
