Parallels Update-Problem

I updated Parallels yesterday. Then I restarted my computer later that evening and now this morning I can not get online nor can I get any e-mails coming through on Windows. Why is this and how do I fix it?
 
It sounds like your networking settings changed. I had that happen once early on in the betas... My network adapter went from the bridged to host and went to the wireless. Shutdown the VM and check that all settings are as you expect then restart.
 
I tried what you suggested and all of my network adapter settings were correct.

I still can't get online or receive e-mails.

Any other ideas?!?!?
 
Nevermind!

Very strange. When I went to check my setting they were set for "Bridged Ethernet to Airport Wireless" and I cou"ldn't get online. Then I switched to "Host" and I still couldn't get online. Then I switched it back to Bridge Ethernet" and its working!

That is so weird!

i deleted the network adaptor and readded it (in the settings for parallels), to fix mine. There was nothing in Windows for it to use.
