Using Outlook Express. Windows XP in a Parallels VM on a MacBook Pro.
Incoming mail is mail.mydomain.com Outgoing mail is smtp.cox.net.
This morning..immediately after updating to the latest version of Parallels..V12.1.3..I can no longer send e-mail. I can receive e-mails but not send.
Getting the following error when attempting to send a message.. Server Response: '550 5.1.1 <someclient@gmail.com> relaying not allowed'
Not sure if this is something at my email provider, ISP, or Parallels. I've used the same e-mail setup for ~15 years and the same setup worked with all previous versions of Parallels without incident.
Coincidence or problem with the new Parallels version?
