Parallels v3 - no tools so how to expand a disk?

I need to increase the size of my VM - in the older version you'd do this with image tools and then fiddle about in XP so it realised it had a bigger environment.

But no tools in V3

Same problem, I've wasted the whole morning looking for this, not happy...
