Parallels vanishes

I JUST did an archival restore from my Apple Leopard disk. Everything went fine - EXCEPT parallels. I can't access it at all. I have all the relevant paperwork showing my ownership - but all that's left are unresponsive icons. I guess this is an inherent danger in packages that you download & install from the site - as opposed to a disk.

Can you help?
 
Parallels

Today I received an e-mail with Parallels to download and the registration key. Now that's customer service. You'd better believe I'm putting them in a secure place.
