Parallels & VMware coexist ?

I was a staunch Parallels user since the original beta and then switched over to VMware (mainly due to the support of appliances etc). Now I'm having second thoughts.
Is it possible for Parallels 4 and VMware to coexist "peacefully" on the same machine?
Are there any "gotchas"?

Parallels 4 no longer panics the system if another VM from another vendor is running. I have verified Parallels 4 running with Virtualbox 2.06 and Vmware version 2, I have not run all 3 at the same time yet.
