parallels website: unable to register for tech support

I'm trying to register for tech support, so I go here,

http://www.parallels.com/en/support/

I try to make a new account, but after I enter all my information and press 'submit', all the text I entered is deleted and I have to start over

So I can't register for an account. I've tried both on Firefox and Safari

Any ideas?
