The update worked for me. Does it fail repeatedly for you? Is there an error message?

When the update restarts it says 'Unexpected changes are being restored' in the update it says 'An error has occurred' that the update needs to be re-downloaded, and then it is repeatedly failed

Probably best to wait for the next update or until MS fixes the KB5008215 update.

I downloaded this iso, installed it, and then made all the updates in history to successfully apply the KB5008215 update
