New customer, installed the latest Parallels Desktop for Mac on their computer, the app won't launch completely. Stays stuck at the screen you see below. I followed the steps in http://kb.parallels.com/en/122953 and I trashed preferences, reinstalled, nothing helps to get past the spinning.
