I have Parallels set to automatically start up my VM at launch, and automatically quit when I sleep the machine. However, *what* can I do when I need to change the memory or other features of my VM? The program immediately quits when I stop my machine for any reason, and immediately starts (making changes to memory etc impossible) when I launch. I thought, surely I can hold the shift key or something to keep the machine from booting, right? Not so far as I can see. So now, um, I cannot change my VM at all. Happily the "could not allocate memory" bug comes up now and again, but this should not be a solution.

Can we hope that there will be a "hold shift to keep from booting at startup" feature added to a fugure build?
