parallels won't work at all.

Hi,

Parallels will not work at all on my mac.

I've installed it and rebooted my computer but nothing is happening when I click on the app.

All that happens is the parallels icon will bounce up and down once or twice on the dock, then absolutely nothing happens.

There are 2 vertical red lines going through the parallels icon, does that help?

Hello loll,

Please check if Parallels Desktop opens up in a new Mac user account.

Please create a new Mac user account by going to Apple Logo -> System Preferences -> User accounts.

Then log in to the new user and try launching Parallels.
