Parallels Workstation / VMWare

Hi there,
i'm a newbie and have a question.
Actually i'm using VMWare and VMWare Player (doing development on VMWare Images with VS.NET etc.etc.)
Now i want to switch to Parallels Workstation (for PC).

How can i migrate or transport my VMWare Images to Parallels Workstation (on PC).
Any idea ?
