paralles messed up my xp please help

help! Parallels messed up my xp installation.

1. Cohence doesnt work anymore
2. I cant boot into xp using bootcamp i receive "blabla ntkernl.. not found". if i boot using the parallels hw profile it tells me that "hal" is not found...

So, who could tell me how i can restore, rebuild the bootcamp original boot.ini and original Hardware profile that i can boot again with bootcamp...
