parrallels desktop 5 migration from small buisness server 2003 to small buisness 2008

Hello i 'have a big problem ,
i install parrallels desktop 5 for mac(an xserve) and then i install windows server small buisness 2003 , and untill here all is ok , but in my company that is an hotel we work in modality terminal server, and we are in 5 so i must install windows server 2008 premium, to install that for a problem with network adapter i must install parallels tools, but when i install it i have a problem , parallels tolls change the time zone of small buisness server 2008 i stay in italy and my time zone is rome berlin... after install parralles tools time zone on sbs 2008 change in bulgary lubiana .....so i can't make the migration from sbs 2003 to sbs 2008 someone please can help me ??? i 'm desperate....

This issue should be solved in the nearest upgrade of Parallels Desktop, I hope it shoud come soon
