Parrallels toolbox for windows install hangs up at 15%

Upgraded to Ver 13 and now my windows 7 ultimate won't run - it start and the a box comes up that says it is installing tools for windows and hangs up at 15% - shortly a window pops up that says
"Windows 7 1" was restarted.
The virtual machine processor was reset by thee operating system.

I am running OS 10.10.5 (latest that my 2011 machine will support
