Partition issue after resizing HDD

I am running Parallels Desktop on MacOS Sierra.

I have a Windows 10 VM that has run very well for over a year, but as it only has a 32Gb HDD, I used PD to resize it to 128GB, which the software did successfully.

When I fired up the W10VM and used Disk Management to resize the Primary Partition, I found I couldn't as W10 appears to have set the additional 90+Gb of space to the Recovery Partition.

DM does not allow me to resize or do anything with the RP, I can't shrink the PP as it has no space free...

Any ideas on how to get some space back?
