Password Reset - takes longer than registration

ok, i bought the product and registered an id. forgot my password and used the reset link...email address is valid.

why don't i get a password reset in a timely fashion? Its been hours and hours.

yet i can make new ids.

please fix this. i need to get the latest download.

Probably it was some problem with your spam filter. We will send you your password manually soon.

BTW: If you already bought permanent key why do you need trial key? Or I misunderstood your problem completely?
