Payment authorization fails during parallel desktop renewal

Really very frustrated that parallels renewal just doesn't succeed.
Initial purchase was done using Paypal ; and it was successful. For renewal, credit card, PayPal everything fails saying "Payment not authorised"
contacted bank and PayPal folks. they say all good at their end.
Why is it so difficult to get the renewal done? Need help asap
