PCIe Support in Parallels...?

I am running a PowerMac Dual 3.0Quad processors with 8gig RAM (two internal drives: one with 10.4 Tiger and one with 10.5 Leopard)...Windows Vista installed via Parallels Desktop.
I do not see the recognition of the UAD-2 PCIe card (DSP Card for Audio Plug ins) that is installed in a PCIe slot. There seems to be no availability to add it with the system configure, and I do not see it recognized in the device manager in Vista. Is there a way to run this card (or other PCIe Cards) in the virtual Vista machine. If not, does Boot Camp allow this option? I have the requirement to use this DSP processing in Mac (for Mixing Audio via ProTools) and in Windows (for Mastering Audio Via Wavelab).
Please help!
 
In Parallels Desktop version 3 you will not be able to add this device directly, in Windows device that will be emulated is AC97 compatible sound card
 
So...does that mean that it will not work by using Parallels? I looked for AC97 compatible sound card in Device manager?

If I use Boot Camp will I be able to establish use of this PCIe card through windows?

1. Yes, for now, when device redirection feature will be added you will be able to use it (currently no ETA)
2. in Boot Camp Windows is using real devices, so you can use that device
