PD 4.0 trial - can you install side by side with 2.5?

Hi all -

I am still running PD 2.5 build 3214.

I'd like to consider the upgrade to 4.0 so I want to download and install the trial.
Do I just have to back up my existing VM, install 4.0 play with it and then restore the backup and uninstall 4.0 if there are any issues?

What else do I have to watch out for?

Hi!

Yep, it's better to backup all VMs (just in case :) ).
And by the way if you got any suspended (in Parallels Desktop 2.5) VMs you should stop 'em in Parallels Desktop 2.5 prior to converting then in Parallels Desktop for Mac 4.0
