Well, after a couple of weeks of use, I have had to recover the Boot Camp partition 3 times due to file system corruption. This corruption definitely only occurs when restarting the partition in Parallels. As documented in another thread, this seems to require use of the original install DVD, as scheduling a Vista disk check after Parallels has touched the boot camp partition is impossible, even in directly booting without Parallels. I hope there are some fixes, specifically addressing these issues, soon. Ideally, these specific problems will be in the release notes. Until then, I cannot reliably use Parallels. Believe me, next time (if there is) I will thoroughly test the demo version before purchasing it.
