PD 4.0, XP VM - Maximised Windows Cover Taskbar/Start Menu

I've just installed PD 4.0 and converted my XP VM and so far have found it much faster, but have found one issue I can't seem to resolve:

When maximizing an Explorer window or Application window within the VM, either in Windowed, Full Screen or Coherence mode, the window covers the VM's Start Menu & Taskbar? I can't figure out why this is happening and how to resolve it.

Has anyone experienced this issue, and does anyone know how to prevent it?
 
Resolved

Turns out it was not the VM host app at all but an OS configuration. It seems that during the migration from PD3 to PD4 somehow the 'Keep the taskbar on top of other windows' option became un-ticked. Was definitely not the case before migrating.

To anyone that has the issue, just right click on the taskbar within the VM and select Properties to configure.

I rebooted my Mac recently and when restarting my VM found that this issue had returned. Is a simple fix, but still annoying...
