PD 4 vs. TiVo Desktop Beacon: check dependencies

TiVo Desktop Beacon service wasn't working in a Windows XP guest OS after an upgrade to PD4.
Worked fine under PD 3 before upgrading/converting virtual machine.

Error is:

Could not start the TiVo Beacon service on Local Computer.

Error 1359: An internal error occurred.

Looks like a timing issue that never arose in PD3. Galleon service should be set to depend on TivoBeacon2 service

You probably see the "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion" error, but this is should not be the timing issue.. it means that service have not reported back to Windows that he is running.

Have you tried actions in http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=392265 ?

(Please try for first to disable or uninstall the antivirus in VM.)

Also, please send a problem report from the menu "Help" -> "Report a Problem" and post here the report's number
 
When I set Galleon to depend on TivoBeacon2, everything works fine now.
I don't have Xobni, don't even use Outlook.
