PD 40 - wait time for Step 2

    I'm upgrading my XP SR3 VM from 3.0 to 4.0. Step 2 (searching for new devices) has been at 50% for an hour now. How long should it take? Thanks. SM

    timeout for stage 2 is 12 minutes.

    Press Control+Option+Command+R key combination to see what happens with Windows now.

    Thanks, tried that and got window saying I needed to reactivate windows due to hardware change. Mouse frozen when in PD. Really stuck now. Suggestions. Thanks again. SM

    Reboot your VM. The mouse should appear after that. You will need to reactivate after rebooting to continue the upgrade.
